Can I run in an event with a cold?!
I have an 8 mile running event tomorrow at 8am, for which I have been training. Unfortunately, in the last couple of days I've picked up a nasty head cold, leaving me very heady and bunged up. I really want to run in this event, but is it dangerous? My body doesn't feel too bad - not at my best, obviously, but it's just a head cold. I'm going to rest completely today - just do some stretches - but should I run tomorrow if I'm not feeling well? Even if I take the run really slowly?
Any advice would be great!
