I need answers and tips from the experts
I am 19 years old. A college student. I am 5 ' and 3.77 " high and about 185 bounds weight. I am dancer. I dance about 8 hours every week and sometimes 12-13 if there are festivals. Most of my dance is Ballroom and Latin dances, so they don't have a lot of exercises. I use bike to get to my college and back about 30 minutes a day. I also often go to a fitness class once a week, such as Zumba, or special fitness hip hop class.
I am planning to start breakdancing and Hip Hop. Also, I want to build my body, but not too heavy, a little muscles and especially six pack.
In the same time, I am not a runner, but I run when I play basketball or baseball.
I am wondering if bodybuilding will not make my dance movements hard especially for breakdancing and also for running. Also, I wonder if dancing will help me to loose weight.
And any recommendations I will be greatful to have them
