Since you are new, you should only have to do one movement per body part a session. Most strength trainings (who know what they are doing) would suggest a split like this:
Deadlift/Lat pulldown or pullup/Rows (pick one)
Power clean/Dips (pick one)
And it would be done like so:
Mon - A
Wed - B
Fri - A
Mon - B
Wed - A
3 sets of 5 reps, 3-10minutes rests between sets, up to 10 minutes between different exercises, and no failure (but very close to). Should only take 45 minutes or so.
