Workout Plan for 20 Year old

Hi there,
I am looking for a workout plan. I am 20, 5'8, 100lbs. I just finished physio because I broke my left leg 6 months ago.

You don't state your goals. Are you looking to gain muscle? I'd assume that, as @ 100# and 5'8" you appear to be under a healthy weight.

What are your goals? Do you want to gain muscle? Build up stamina? Do you like to run, cycle, swim? Are you into classes? Do you want to lift weights? Or all of the above. You should really be conscience of your diet because you are not going to want to be calorie depleted. You will need to eat to match your caloric burn because you seem underweight right now.
