Hellooo everybody. I've been trying to find some good exercises to increase my vertical jump and apparently my "explosiveness" too. I've been searching online and all i've been able to find are either scams or I have to buy 12 medicine balls and a skipping rope. I'm going to be doing the exercises at home so I don't really want to have to buy any kit. I'm actually asking to help me with skateboarding but it seems exercises basketball players do seem to be the way to go. I've started to do a few exercises and I definitely feel like I'm working hard half way through but I cant feel any gain.
If anyone knows of anywhere I can find a decent routine or have any advice for me that would be great! cheeeeeers
