Re: Internal vs external rotator cuff injury
I went to my primary care physician when it first happened, about 6-7 years ago. He said it was probably a minor strain and to rest it. It got about 50% better, but hasn't improved much the past few years. I'm now starting an overall fitness program and I wanted to include this.
After reading the book in more detail, I'm pretty sure it's the external rotator cuff that needs work. I'll try that program. If it gets worse, I'll go back to the doctor.
