Question about my routine.
First let me tell you my routine.
front squat --5X5, bench press --5X5, dips --3X10-20
chin ups --3X10, random abdominal exercise--3X10-20.
Hang clings--5X5, dead lift--5X5, barbell row--3X10, barbell curl--3X10, good mornings--3X20.
Front squat--5X5, military press--5X5, dumbbell bench press--3x10, pull ups--3X10, dumbbell step ups--3X10-20, random abdominal exercise--3X10-20.
3 times a week I pull a weighted sled or run sprints for 40 - 400 yards.
4 times a week I jog at medium intensity for 30 - 60 minutes.
What do yall think of this routine? Would there be any benefit to adding a day of one rep max's.
