hamstring dominant? tight hamstrings pull patella
Hi i have been experiencing some tight hamstrings in my left leg. like gets knotted up tight, my pt says its because my glute is not firing/not strong enough so the hamstring is overpowering it and it feels like it pulls the patella in tight against my femur. How can i isolate my glute to strengthen it/get it to fire without using my already stronger hamstring? im doing side lying clams and bird dogs on an excersize ball because the back of my kneecap is irritated.
