Will I lose body fat more efficiently by performing my aerobic workouts at a low, rather than a high, intensity?

Re: Health and Fitness

Low to moderate intensity will burn more fat during exercise. In order to be burning fat there has to be oxygen, as soon as you are out of breath you are out of fat burning territory.
Higher intensity will burn fat during recovery, so shouldn't be dismissed either.
Variety is the spice of training.
