What time to exercise

Can someone tell me what time is best in the evening to exercise and still be able to sleep? I usually go to bed at 11pm. I'm not talking a strenuous workout, but something relatively light.

I normally find training relaxing so would say close to sleep time is fine.
Either the session will be mellow, meaning you can chill, or intense meaning you work out any stresses.
All workouts should finish with a stretching routine too, and those really relax you.
I have taken circuit classes where people where so relaxed at the end of the stretches they were yawning and looking droopy eyed, despite looking buzzed during the session.
I would look more at times you eat than sleep. training with a full stomach is bad, before a snooze is fine.
