Hey guys, I'm a 24 year old female and Ive been a type 1 diabetic since i was 7 years old.
I've been making a lot of changes in my life and one of the most important things was to maintain good blood sugar control whilst getting my physique in tip top shape. Im around 160lbs and 5'9'' tall. I really want to slim down and tone up.
Trying to do the right exercises, eat healthy AND keep my sugar in control is really hard . One of my biggest pet peeves is when I'm doing really intense cardio and I have to stop because my sugar is low. Its like I have to make it go really high before I work out so I can complete my session but that just ends up making me feel worried and guilty in the end. I don't know what to do...
Are there any tricks you've found that help? Do you have a routine or a way that works? Please share, I'm desperate! Thanks in advance
