Greetings! I am sorry about the digestive issues. I think a good exercise might be walking every day for a few minutes after meals and also an hour daily. I would eat more salads with homemade dressing. I would use no vinegar, spices, mayonnaise, mustard ketchup, because these will contribute to stomach difficulties. A slice or two of bread with a bit of avocado spread on it might help satiety until the next meal. If avocado is not comfortable other vegetable or bean spreads may be made. The nut foods can be harder to digest. The stomach should be comfortably full never stuffed.
I would wait for a little while after meals before drinking water and would not drink water during the meal. I would drink water up to twenty minutes to a half hour before meals. On awakening the stomach can be filled with water and then wait a bit before breakfast. The water contributes to the mucous barrier and thickens it so that stomach acid is less likely to burn inside. Some onions and okra may be eaten. There are other foods for the stomach also and if a longer list is desired let me know. Peace, sjb
