Had that flu. How long till I can go back to my regular workout?
This is my first post. I recently (December 29th) came down with that flu that it seemed everyone got. It was awful. Cough, fever, weak and it went on and on. I still have some liquid in my lungs and I can get fatigued easy BUT I'm on the mend. I accidently went back to the gym too quickly and felt terrible the next day. When anyone out there is sick-how long do you allow yourself till you go back to the gym? I'm alittle worried since I can feel liquid in my lungs, so not going lately...If anyone out there had that flu-any tips will help..

I am on the tail end of the non flu crud that is going around. Had it all last week. Still have a cough and stuffy head to some extent. I never quit going to the gym or walking on the treadmill. Granted, I didn't do as heavy a work out or as long a walk but I still went. You ought to try an expectorant to cough up the stuff in your chest.
