Re: What are the best and safest exercise for middle back pain?

Middle back pain exercises have been very much helpful and effective as it stretches the back muscles. It also supports the tendons and improves the flexibility. Middle back pain exercises can be like making your arms straight behind your back and by bringing the two hands together and allow your arms to rise upwards and then stretch the muscles at the back as well as the front of the shoulders. This would be helpful I guess.

Sit down with back straight and clap hands behinds head. Then pull your head forward, bringing your chin to your chest. Stay in this position for 8-10 seconds. This exercise will help you to in back pain. Try it.
