Body type workouts

Could you advise workouts and eating patterns pertaining to Mesomorph body types?

Hi you should strive to eat 40% carbs, 30% protein , and 30% fats and consume a diet rich in omega 3 fatty acids. Multiply your weight times 15 to determine how many daily calories you should consume. You should do a body sculpting routine consisting of a good cardio routine to keep that slim waistline and resistance training with lighter weights to emphasize those great curves of yours.

Did not mean to say great curves of yours, I thought you were a woman, LOL

Hey thanks for the advice, this is truely something i will make good use of, the tuff part is just getting in the swing of things with the diet and work outs

Lol its cool man, misunderstandings do happen.
