Cardio work outs

Is it healthy to do cardio every day or do I give my body a break in between?

Hi it's OK to do cardio everyday but if you start to feel worn out then take a day off to recoup.What type of cardio do you do?

Are you familiar with the body combat exercise, it is a mix marshal arts exercise.

Hi, yes I am very familiar with body combat classes, I take several of them a week. I just started using small hand weights to make it a little more difficult and get my heart beating faster. I think it is one of the best fat burning classes you can do so you made a great choice.
