Blurred Vision After Eye Infection?

I had some form of keratitis in my left eye about 6 wks ago. White spots on cornea. No ulcer. Tobradex got rid of infection but ever since my vision is off in the eye. Not sure what caused the infection. I was on the drops for one week. It's been about a month since I finished them. My vision in that eye is off and it's driving me nuts - even after trying to make refractive corrections - vision is off to point can't read the bottom 2 lines on the chart. It's giving me headaches as I try to focus on things at a distance. Anyone familiar with this? Optometrist checked my optic nerves and said they both look the same. He's not sure what's causing the issue. My eye pressures have been slightly high my whole life. 22 to 24 range. I'm assuming the vision issue is a result of either the infection or the steroid drops but it's been over a month and I'm worried my eye is gonna be like this forever. Any suggestions? Thank you.
