You have described new-onset orbital pulsations. Doctors tend to organize the causes for these based on the patient’s age. Newborns and young children tend to have orbital pulsations due to different reasons than young adults and senior citizens.
You should make an appointment to see an ophthalmologist who can document these findings, identify a cause and, if necessary, coordinate any necessary treatment.
It will be important to confirm whether the pulsations originate in the orbit (the bony cavity which holds the eyeball), inside the skull, or from a more distant site. Don’t be surprised if your doctor places her stethoscope over your eyeball in an effort to listen to the bloodflow.
