I had them in both eyes and had surgery to have it removed in one eye and scheduled to get the other one done in a few weeks.
If you're not suffering from any symptoms i.e., redness, irritation - then nothing to worry about. If you can elaborate with regard to your symptoms, maybe I can help clear up some of those issues.
