when i look at tv screens streetlights and candles lines come of them and stuff is that normal?

Not necessarily. Is the starring something new you've noticed? Or have you always had this? Any other symptoms? Pain, light sensitivity? Anything?
Have you ever had your eyes examined? Might be a good place to start.

yes i had an eye test she gave me glasses, i was ill a little while a go which made my eyes sensative to light but they are ok now. Yes this is new for me. It is really wierd as well.

Well, if this is a new thing you're seeing, it might be a good idea to have your eyes checked by the eye doctor again. May be nothing other than just the way your eyes refract light entering the eye. If it bothers you, I'd get it checked out...just to be on the safe side. I get it too, but have had lots of surgeries that left me with starring around lights. High eye pressure can cause halos around lights. So it's always best to have it checked.

What is the name then when you look at screens and candles and stuff where lines and halos surround them. It is really scary i keep thinking its a brain tumour!
