Hi,

This may sound like a strange question but have you ever had your heart checked? The only reason I ask is because I have an underlying heart condition and I get things like that, my vision has never blacked out completely but I do go really weak and cold and my eyes go really blurry and my hearing also goes like you described.
Do you ever get palpitations or fast heartbeats? It sounds like pre syncope(syncope is fainting and pre syncope is as if you are going to faint but don't), I have only had pre syncope which sometimes I think is worse than actually passing out.
If it was me I would have gone to the hospital after it had happened but if you feel happy waiting until next week and the symptoms don't come back then leave it, if you don't feel happy and are worried about it then get yourself down th ER.
