Less light sensitive? I thought that if your pupil dilates (goes larger) it allows more light in, so that would cause more sensitivity to light?
What is traumatic iritis? Is it serious
Should i continue with the drops? I hate using them as they blur my vision even more and its so uncomfortable having one eye blurred all the time. It gives me a headache. The doctor said i should use 1 drop of the pred forte every 2 hours for the first 5 days then 1 drop 6 times a day for another 5 days. He also said i should use the mydrilate 1 drop 4 times a day for a week. Are these dosages OK? I read the leaflets and it says 2 to 4 times a day on average for the pred forte? Am a little worried i may be using too much? I also get a tangy taste in my throat shortly after i use the drops - not very nice!!!! Is this because the eyes and throat are all connected?
I'm still worried about my pupil not being able to dilate and constrict - is this also usual in traumatic iritis?
Sorry for all the questions but the doctor didn't really say much to me :-(
