I just recently got contact lenses and I've noticed that the blood vessels in my eyes seem more red than usual but haven't had any pain or dryness. Besides that, I've noticed these gray spots on the white part of my eyes. I've been aware of a couple for a long time now, but since I've gotten my contacts, I noticed a few more that, have either appeared recently or have not noticed before. (I'm not sure which)

Are these gray spots anything that I should be concerned about?
