im not sure if it is an allergy or not. i get these clear "balls" in my eyes. they can streach out into threads and feel like an eyelash streached across my eye. i get them all year at all times of the day. if i get a lot of them in one day my eyes feel really dry. it is worse in one eye than the other and my doctor doesnt seem to know what i am talking about. my mother had the same problem and she said it went away in her 40's. im in my 20's. anyone got any ideas or have heard of this before?
I wonder if you have "Floaters". They can look like little or big spots that just float around in your eyes. Not harmful. Do you have any pain? It sounds like you do have some sort of feeling with it "like a scratching feeling? Try "artificial tears" to lubricate the eyes. You can use them often. If your eyes are "congested" or the whites are pink you might try an allergy medication. It might sting sometimes when putting it in, see if it helps. I have Acute Open-angle Glaucoma & have had to use many preparations for the eyes. If it continues to be a problem you may consider seeing an opthamologist. He can put your mind to rest and tell you of a problem.
I hope this can help you. Keep in touch. Lyndal
the little "balls" do come out if I rub my eye enough. which creates other problems if I rub my eyes too much but it looks like I will have to see an opthamologist because even my doctor doesn't know what I am talking about.
