worried about vision problems - Eye & Vision Message Board

I have been ill for about 6 months with what the doctors think is vestibular neuronitis - my main symptom being dizziness - but recently I have noticed that my vision is sometimes quite blurry - almost like I am seeing things through a heat wave - it's starting to worry me. I have had a blood test which came back ok and also balance tests which I am waiting for the results of. Does anyone have any suggestions?

The hearing and visual systems are closely connected. Blurred vision is a symptom of your condition.

"Symptoms of vestibular disorders may include dizziness, imbalance, vertigo, nausea, and fuzzy vision and may be accompanied by hearing problems."

"If the vestibular system is affected, the symptoms will include dizziness and difficulty with vision and/or balance."

I am under quite a lot of stress yes, my job is quite stressful and I have a 3 hour round trip in the car to work every day. The ENT has scheduled an MRI as he wants to check for more serious things.

I have noticed that when I move my eyes that there is a lot of clear objects that move across my view - is there a way to get my eyes clear of these objects like an eye wash or similar?
