ccrerar,
For many, laser eye correction can do wonders, but the absolute most important part of the process you must go through is the initial screening to determine if you are a good candidate. Many lower priced offices will pass individuals whose eyes are NOT fit for this type of surgery. You want to be certain that your pupils do not dilate past a certain measurement in milimeters, for if your pupils are too large and you go through with the procedure, you will end up with halos and extensive glare surrounding lights, which will interfere tremendously with your night driving. Another area to be checked is corneal thickness. Initial consultations and LASIK/LASEK screenings are often free. If you don't feel confident with one of the opinions you receive, don't feel shy to get a few more! Best of luck
