Post tired and sore eyes

Hello all, i thought i would share what i have been feeling to see if i could get any advice from you guys. For the past 6 months i have been suffering from sore and tired eyes. It hits me in waves, at its worse it makes it hard to even blink. I also have become real sleepy and it's a constant battle to stay awake. I especially get tired eyes when driving and get real sleepy after only 20 minutes of driving. sometimes i even have to pull over. I thought it was because i needed glasses but that didn't do the trick. It did improve my vision but i still kept getting those tired eye spells. I also have ear problems. i feel pressure, popping, and cracking in my ears i also have a sensation of fluid inside my ears. because of this i am going to see an inner ear specialist since i read that hearing and vision are closely related. I also get these feelings of ureality and this mental brain fog that makes it hard for me to concentrate and remember things. I am just writing to see if maybe this could be a vision problem as well.

I know exactly what you are going through. I have virtually identical symptoms. My has led to anxiety and depression. I am to be checked for allergy issues, I have none that I'm aware of. My EEN doctor looked in to make sure everything was fine mechanically, it was. He told me that allergys can make the muscles in the ear tighten, could maybe effect the eyes?

Hang in there, stay busy, try not to dwell(Iknow it's very hard not to) and let me know what you find out, I will do the same.

Sounds exactly like my case of DRY EYES!!!!!! I cannot drive on any long trips anymore because of the tired eye/ sleepy eyed feeling. Your glasses might have helped your vision some, but you also have to have a balanced tear film to see well and also not have the tired dry eyes.

I have most of my dry eye problems in an air conditoned car. Heating systems are horrible for dry eyes as well as fans.

Read up on the post "Hey Dry Eye Purple" Janetto
