Just to be on the safe side, get yourself to an eye dr, NOW! Sometimes a foreign body, such as an eyelash can hide underneath the upper eyelid where we can't see it. Don't try to get it out yourself. You can try flushing it out with tear drops or saline solution, but if you don't see it, chances are you won't know if it came out if you flush it.
Do you still feel like there is something in your eye?
It's really nothing to fool around with. Sometimes eyelashes can hide in there for days. In fact, my own eye doctor had trouble finding one in my eye the last time I had one. But I knew it was there. He had to flip my eyelid and look all over the place for it! Finally, after about 5-10 minutes. Please go to the eye doctor right away.
A foreign body in the eye can cause irritation, corneal abrasions, or worse.
