Post red dot on the white of my eye

Trying to figure out if I should be worried. I have had a lot going on with my left eye for some time now and at this point I don't know if it is coincidence or if the symptoms are related in some way.

First, I had a twitch in my upper eyelid on and off every day for about three weeks. Second, my eye started hurting with no other symptom other than a little red in the inside corner. Doc said I had conjuctivitis and gave me drops. Just a few days later, I realized that everytime I blinked, I felt like my eyeball was being scratched or scraped. Went to and opthamologist and he said I had a scratch on my cornea and gave me gentler drops than the ones the GP had prescribed. I started feeling much better. Then I noticed that maybe once a day, I would feel pain in the same area. It didn't last very long each time, so I just kind of chalked it up to my cornea still healing.
Well, when I looked in the mirror this afternoon, I saw a small red dot on the white of my towards in the inside corner.

Any guesses on what this could be?

You should go back and see the eye doctor you could be developing a more intense eye infection. Some people do commonly get these red dots on there eye and usually is just really normal but because of your infections you need to go back.
