Hello,

For many years, I have this strange and uncomfortable feeling in my eyes when I move my eyes around in any direction. For example, when I type my eyes move around a lot as my eyes move from the keyboard to the screen and back. Or, if I follow something with my eyes as it moves, I get the same sensation. There's really no pain, but it's an awkward feeling (almost like a very subtle dizzy feeling). I reckon it's nothing serious as I've had if for years. I do wear contacts, but I think I also have the feeling when I don't have them in either.
It's almost like my eyes don't want to move or something. It's really bizarre.
Has anyone ever experienced anything like this before?
