Blurred vision after nap?

Hi,
Im a 26 year old male, I have just had a granny nap, when I woke my vision was really blurry, had a really really hard time reading things.
When I was younger and had naps in the afternoon sometimes I would wake up with one blurry eye but never both.
I don’t wear glasses my vision is fine.
Anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

PS: I woke about 15 min ago, my vision is still a little blurry but I can read now.

Thanks
Darren

Re: Blurred vision after nap?

Yes, I have had this. I'm older than you, but sometimes mine can last for up to , or longer than an hr. My opthamologist says it is just my eyes re-adjusting .. hummmmmmmmm,,,, I have been to two diff. specialists, and both say the same thing. It scares me . I keep thinking "is this how I will see forever"? It does come back, but this doesn't happen in the mornings.. after a nights rest.. mainly after a nap, or EVEN watching a movie on tv for a long time. Tired eyes I suppose. Good luck

Re: Blurred vision after nap?

I had it again the other day but only in one eye this time, I was sleeping with my arm across my head on my eyes so I think that may have been the problem, the weight of my arms on my eyes may have put them out of shape.
