Looking for someone who has ICE Syndrome to share possible solutions
Hi i am new using this site !
Five years ago i was diagnosed at USA with ICE Syndrome (Iridocorneal Endothelial Syndrome )at my left eye .That time doctors said that was a rare condition and in that ocassion they said the only possible solution will be to try wear color contact lens in order that they could cover the perforations at the left iris of my eye and minimize the glare in my vision.
During that time my vission was not so affected only a little glare and i felt relief when doctors at the States mentioned that wont progressive and that was unilateral.
Lately 5 years later i started feeling that i see with more glare , headackes and little pain at that eye and i am not able to be at daylight without sunglasses so i went check to doctors that checked me in the past here in my country and they said they see now new perforations at left iris (Same eye)the good thing is that they see my cornea ok , pressure of the eye is also ok and eye is not swollen like some ocassions years ago but i am still worry and wondering what could be a possible solutions if it continue progressing glare will increase too and i have look at internet and i read that is so few cases with this condition that havent done more research about it .
If someone has passed for this situation ATROPHIES ESCENCIAL OF THE IRIS i would appreciate very much that share with me what you have found or done to live with this or possible solutions that are also economically accsessible.
