| Re: Anyone have experiences with Crystalens?
Jim, Do a search on these boards for crystalens. Myself and others have posted extensively on our experiences with crystalens. Basically, it's ability to "accommodate" is not as great as the advertisements claim. Perhaps most importantly, have your ophthalmologist measure the diameter of your pupil in darkness (if possible) because the crystalens is a smaller intraocular lens than most, which causes the person with the implant to see flashes of light and halos around the lens at night and in dimly lit rooms. If you happen to have a smaller-than-most pupil diameter, then the crystalens might be the thing for you.
