I've been having a similar problem, though I haven't seen an eye specialist yet. Both of my eyes seem to be effected, one minute my left pupil is bigger, then other times its my right pupil which is bigger, and sometimes they even look the same. I have a lot of neurological type symptoms throughout my body, not just eye problems, but i'm being investigated for Lymes disease, as I am lead to believe this can cause these type of symptoms in your eyes. However there could be a number of causes other than lymes, have you seen an neuro-opthamologist, they are usually the best specialist to see regarding such eye issues. Im awaiting an appointment for one at the moment.
