Light Headed, Temporary Vision Loss

Recently I was playing a video game on my computer, after about 20 minutes of play, I very suddenly got light headed, I thought this was weird because I would only get light headed after getting up fast and what not, I was just sitting there Watching my screen, anyway, I Felt a bit strange, so I got up slowly and went into my room, where I laid down on my bed, I felt very weak after that (to the point where Trying to lift my arms was a task) for a good 5 minutes I was like this, after which I felt fine, but I had lost all peripheral vision, as well as anything I looked at was very very distorted unless it was at a distance, eventually everything went back to normal, and nothing like that has happened since.

Any thoughts? :
