Odd vision problem
 

I have had a cold for a few days now but yesterday I noticed an odd symptom. My vison has gone slightly odd. If I look forwards at something it looks like its moving, sort of oscillating slightly. I can amost convince myself that one of my eyes is moving. But, really oddly I have no problem if I cover up one eye, vision returns to normal regardless of which eye I cover. Also the effect seems to be greatest when I am looking forwards, other positions are not so bad or completely fine.

Any ideas? Is it just the cold and swollen sinuses?

Colds sometimes produce a bit of swelling or fluid inside your ears. That can cause dizziness, which may make things appear to move.

For now, I would't worry. If it gets worse, or if it persists after the cold clears up, then get it checked out. But I really think it's just from the cold.
