High Risk Cornea Transplant

Hi everyone,
I had an infection about two years ago that caused extensive scarring to my cornea. I need a transplant in hopes to see out of it again. The issue is that I have developed blood vessels in the cornea which puts me at a high risk for rejection.

On a side note, I found out I was pregnant so won't be doing anything for about 10 months!

Has anyone else had a transplant that was considered high risk? Looking for some support and experiences.

Thanks
