tear duct plugs
Has anyone noted bags under the eyes that last all day as a side effect of tear duct plugs?

Re: tear duct plugs
I have found that 2 coats of foundation dabbed on with sponge works better thsn greasy, thick cover-up. Avoid powder near eye area, shows wrinkles. Glasses help cover the edge really well, even rimless. I hate it, but pulling on area makes it worse. Thanks, gmak
