| What do these symptoms mean?
I have the doctors stumped.
Snowy vision with blind spots in my near-central vision that flash/flicker (both eyes but left is worse - the blind spots only started appearing a few months back and have never improved, but I've had snowy vision for a few years, although it's got worse this year). Lots of veins on the white part of my eye and sometimes sharp pains or dull aching in my eyes.
Big patch of thread veins on right thigh for past few years (Dr told me caused by pill, came off it over a year ago and vision loss only started after that), loss of skin sensation on some parts of body (although most has returned now), started in June this year, similar time to vision problems. Sometimes get heart palpitations.
Feeling faint when I get hungry (and I don't mean REALLY hungry, just 3 or so hours after eating). Drowsy after eating. Sometimes feeling dizzy, haven't noticed a particular pattern with that but it's different from feeling faint, not a weak feeling.
The vision loss is what bothers me most. I am terrified. I am a 24 year old female, clean living and I had an active lifestyle until this set in earlier in the year. Does anyone have an ideas?
I've had an MRI which apparently doesn't show anything and have had my eyes examined LOADS of times. They said they once found a possible bleed but other than that, nothing, so I'm not being given any treatment. Thanks.
