Hi..My name is Helen. I am 74 years young....Oct. 31st 2012 I had my left eye cataract removed and repair of my Astigmatism.....The surgery went well except for the scratchy feeling in the eye.....next morning my exam for the eye was good with 20/20 vision..blurry though for 2 days....Dec. 5th I went in for the right eye....smaller cataract then the left eye...the proceedture was different. Left eye i was totally out of it...right eye i was somewhat awake and saw many different colors during the surgery....it scared me..went back the next morning and the eye was clearer then the left one was.....but i mentioned to the surgeon that my left eye was bigger then my right one...he dismissed it as if it was ok and said to come back in 6 weeks to get a eye check up....today dec. 9 and i woke up with full vision of both eyes......and they feel good...But I am concerned about the bigger left eye......
