I accidentally rubbed my eyes after PRK, I'm worried

I had my PRK surgery 2 and a half days ago and I accidentally without knowingly rubbed my eyes when I was wiping off water off my face after taking a shower after, I experienced blurriness, pain and sandy feeling in my eyes after that. Would it have a long term effect in my vision and healing process on the surgery? thanks!

Do you have some Refresh drops, for Dry Eye, in case that's what the problem is? I've had a lot of laser surgery for Diabetic Retinopathy, extra blood vessels needing to be sealed off, but have no idea what PRK is. Hope someone can help you.
