Flying after retinal detchment surgery

I am due to fly in a couple of weeks' time. It is the first time that I have done so since I had surgery to repair a retinal detachment 2.5 years ago (not very successfully,, but that is another matter).

I was just wondering whether was any risk at all to the eye in terms of the retina re-detaching because of the pressure pressures in the plane?
