Father aged 54 just operated on...

Hi everyone, my father had SEVERE anemia and was told to immediately get scoped and the results weren't good....colon cancer. He just had surgery today and they think they got the colon cancer, but there are two spots on his liver that they can't get.

The surgeon told us that IF the chemo goes well (that will take a year) he has a 70% chance to survive 5 years.

Anyone have experience with these odds?
