 Question about husband
My husband has been having many strange symptoms the past year. After going through many different doctors they finally did a chest x-ray and found nothing about 3 months ago. Just this past week another doctor did a chest CT with contrast and found a 3mm ill-defined noncalcified subplural lung nodule on his lower lobe. THe doctor has not called us back on what this means as of yet. we have only spoken to the nurse. I know that the results of this scan do not sound good. I am very worried. My husband has a 17 year history of smoking but quit a year ago. It bothers me that 3 months ago an x-ray did not pick anything up. Could this mean it has grown? any help is very appreciated.
