Unhappy pls help me by recommending gud solution

im very much worried about my brother who is having blood cancer(ALL),which is first n early stage.he relapsed after having 3 yrs of treatment of chemotherapy.he relapsed in his testicular region.they told cells r found there so they need to remove one seed of his.they even did that n .then the doctor advised of BMT.they told to find a total 100% match for him as it is better if it was his own siblings match.then v did his transplant as i myself am the donor of my brother.this also was completed in february.but soon after 3 months of that in May,he relalapsed again after BMT.upto 3 months he was perfectly alright but now after relapse he seem weak.he has become whiter in colour than b4.the doctors hav said that there is no further treatment for this as he wont survive more than 2-3 months.its easy for the doctors to say that but our hearts n minds r not ready 2 accept the fact.please help me as im n lots of tension about this.
