My mom called me today all upset. She said the doctors found a mass in her kidney the size of a lemon. She says the doctor told her that he is sure it's cancer so he won't even do a biopsy. Is that normal? Also he said if it has spread they won't even bother to remove it. She is freaking out of course. She worked as a nurse for years but I don't think right now that she is able to think clearly. None of the stuff she said the doctor told her makes any sense.
