Mental disorder due to torture

Hello Everyone!
My sister is suffering mental illness due to torture and rude behavior of her in laws and her husband.She has some following symptoms.
1- She is neglecting her responsibilities.
2- Irrelevant talking.
3- Social withdrawal.
4- Sudden wake up from sleep in the night and doing some non sense work like cleaning room, washing clothes etc.
5- Depressed mood every time.
6- Illogical blaming on others.
7- Feeling pessimist.

This is all from last 2 months or so, and some times she respond normally.
Please help me in this regards with some useful guidelines.
