Will my husband ever be able to feel at peace?

One of the things that made me think my husband had a disorder was the lack of peace within himself (the constant battle he has inside). Will meds really help him find this peace? It hurt me to see him that way not understanding or knowing how to help.

i can't say enough how much it makes my heart smile that you are reaching out to us and asking for information for your husband. that is truly what he need is a supportive, loving person in his life. with the right mix of medicine... he should start to feel back to himself..or rather himself without the bipolar.
