Hi All..

I have been fighting an ongoing battle with my youngest brother.. he was diagnosed with schitzophrenia at the age of 16. He is now 33.
David was in a real bad car accident and was addicted to drugs at the time. He had totally cracked his skull when he rolled the car at 70 miles per hour he is still addicted to drugs infact it finally landed him in jail which is where he is currently. The state won't help these people they leave them till they do something pretty bad and use a jail cell to facilitate them. I think it's sad.. anyway David is away from harm thats the only plus I can see, he can no longer harm himself. Thanks for reading

Thank you both for reading.. I feel the more I can express his illness I may just be able to begin to understand the the true darkness he lives in .. you me fuzzy we will never see how harsh a disordor this is. I havn't even touched first base on understanding David. Maybe our new board will help us a little to kinda see.

Davids update.

David is not being released from jail untill they find him a home. David is not allowed to come back and live with us anymore. I think its best but it's hard to accept afterall he is my flesh and blood.

Keep us posted, O.K? Zafu and I and some others will be with you in spirit every step of the way. By the way I have a couple of books which cover a bit about schitzophrenia as well as other mental health problems. Although it is no substitute for real life experience, if you are interested, let me know.
