Soliam. zyprexa.disparsal and occationally haldol has been administered to try and stop the following:
lethargy
nomotivation
keeping away fro people.
staying indoors for months
a lot of anger
breaking & thrwing home items at walls.
paranoia - that certain people are after him. the accused keepchanging.
phantom problems with urinating and with teeth.
have taken person to urologist. dentist. GP, psychologists.
prior to 2000, was vibrant , normal male. played guitar and wrote music and perfrmed at venues.
suddenly for no known reason character changed to angry listless recluse.
Has there been a diagnosis and which doctor diagnosed him? You didn't mention having taken him to a psychiatrist. Only a psychiatrist should be prescribing some of the meds that you list. I am not a doctor, but it does sound like he may be manifesting symptoms of schizophrenia. I wish you both well.
he has been to a psychiatrist but the medication given does nt seem to help therefore we think (not the doctor) that diagnoses is possible wrong.
however a something between bipolar, schitzophrenia does exist .
problem to remedy found yet.
